Estate Administration/Probate

Many people are not aware what is required when a loved one dies. Mrs. Mazzucca will assist you during this difficult time and provide the services you need so that you don't have to deal with the "paperwork" part. Mrs. Mazzucca can also represent you if you believe the Estate is not being administered appropriately. 

Public Administrator

As the public administrator for the 11th Judicial District that includes Chaffee, Fremont, Park and Custer counties, Mrs. Mazzucca is also involved in estates and trusts where there are no interested persons willing to serve the Estate or Trust. Mrs. Mazzucca can serve as a disinterested third-party fiduciary when parties request or the Court deems appropriate. See Professional Fiduciary Services page for more information.

Guardianships/Conservatorships

There is nothing more emotionally difficult than dealing with aging family members who may need assistance with financial and medical decisions as they get older. Mrs. Mazzucca is mindful of the emotional toll that these proceedings have on the entire family.

Minor Settlement/Fund Management

Mrs. Mazzucca can offer services obtaining court approval for minor settlements as well as with serving as a fiduciary to help manage those funds.

Trust Administration

Administering a trust can be as complicated as administering an Estate, but many people are unaware what is required in terms of registration with the court and accountings. Mrs. Mazzucca can assist you in administering a trust if you have been named trustee or assist with enforcing your rights as a beneficiary if you have concerns that a trustee is failing to perform required tasks.
