Child Advocacy

Mrs. Mazzucca also practices as a Guardian ad Litem and Counsel for Youth for children in dependency and neglect cases. This is a court-appointed role and not part of her private practice. 

Mrs. Mazzucca can also be appointed in domestic relations cases as a child's legal representative, to represent the best interest of the child. This is also a court-appointed role. 

Mrs. Mazzucca received the Advocate of the Year Award from Colorado's Office of the Child Representative in 2024, for her advocacy for children.
