Same-Day Estate Planning

Estate Planning Questionnaire

We now have a few same-day estate planning appointments available. These appointments are one-hour long, require you to fill out the questionnaire in advance and allow you to have your documents created, witnessed and notarized all in the same appointment! Fees are $600 per individual and $900 for a married couple. Dates available once a month in April, May, and July 2025. You can sign up below! Once you sign up a link with an invoice to pay for your appointment will be emailed. You must pay for your appointment in order to hold your spot.

Same-day estate planning is appropriate for people who know who they want to leave their estate to, who they want to have administer their estate, and who they want to help them if they become incapacitated. If you have not made these decisions yet, and have further questions about who to choose to be involved in your estate, please do not sign up for a same-day estate planning appointment. We are currently not accept estate planning appointments outside of same-day planning. We hope to be able to re-open our normal estate planning schedule in July 2025. If you are unsure whether same-day estate planning is appropriate for you, you can try looking through the questionnaire to see if you can fill it out completely or please call us and we will help determine which type of appointment will best fit your needs!

Cancellation policy for same day estate planning appointments:

 If you are unable to make your appointment, your funds will be placed in retainer and available for future estate planning appointments (whether same-day or traditionally scheduled). Should you desire a refund of your retainer, you will be charged the hour of time set aside for your appointment at the hourly rate of $300.00/hour.
