As of July 1, 2016, Mrs. Mazzucca is a qualified Child and Family Investigator in the State of Colorado serving the 5th, 7th, 11th, and 12th Judicial Districts.
As a Child and Family Investigator (CFI), Mrs. Mazzucca invesigates, reports and makes recommendations to Judges in custody disputes about parenting time and decisionmaking.
If your family is involved in one of these types of disputes, you can ask the Court for a CFI to be appointed. If you qualify as indigent, the State will pay for your portion of the CFI's fees.
As a Child's Legal Representative, Mrs. Mazzucca can represent children involved in custodial disputes to enusre that their best interest is represented through the court process. A court can appoint a CLR at a party's request and indigent parties will have the fees paid by the State.
